[Pharmacological Actions]

Sulfamido antibacterial. This product has a therapeutic effect on the diseases caused by Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, such as Micrococcus scarlatinae, salmonella, pneumococcus and so on. It has a great therapeutic effect on urinary tract infection clinically, and is also suitable to infection of gential tract, respiratory system and skin .The combination of Sulfametoxydiazine sodium and Trimethoprim enhance the antibacterial action of Sulfametoxydiazine sodium.

[Indications]

As an antibacterial agent, it is effective on the treatment of infection of urinary tract, respiratory

tract, skin soft tissue. It is also used for alimentary tract infection and coccidiosis.

1.Postpartum fever,metritis,mastitis,agalactia syndrome of female livestock.

2.Dermatitidis dropsical nephritis, fat-overflow dermatitidis, toxoplasmosis, eperythrozoonosis and chain coccus

3.Hydropsy, coccidiosis, paratyphoid fever of piglets.

[Application and Dosage]

Intramuscular injection, 15-20mg /1kg body weight for livestock

(calculated by Sulfamethoxydiazine Sodium), twice a day for 2-3 days. 0.15-0.2ml /1kg body weight for livestock(calculated by this product), twice a day for 2-3 days.

[Experts Suggestion]           

1, Eperythrozoonosis,toxoplasmosis and other complications,

cooperate with Ceftiofur Sodium and 2-Methoxycinnamic acid have a better effect.

2, blue ear disease: used Ceftiofur Sodium, 2-Methoxycinnamic acid and Tianfu  at the same time, the effect is better.

3, Cough, pant disease, used anorexia syndrome and 2-Methoxycinnamic acid at the same time curative effect is admirable; Other unknown matters as directed by doctor's advice.

[Adverse Reaction]

         Generally it is not very serious, inject too fast or too large can produce acute poisoning, used for a long time can damage urinary system, restrain gastrointestinal bacteria plexus, destroy hematopoiesis function and the immune system and so on.

[Caution]  1 ,should be used cautiously when kidney function is damaged

2, Fully drinking water increase the urine output. Reduce the urine crystallization damaged the kidneys and discharge quickly.

3, Omnivorous or predators use this product, should give the same amount of sodium bicarbonate to keep alkaline urine.

4, The initial dose is double, moreover have enough doses and treatment (generally 3 ~ 5 days)

5, Avoid acidic drugs such as vitamin C, calcium chloride, penicillin.

6, This product can cause intestinal disorders, reduce vitamin B and K synthesis and absorption. Should add vitamins B and K at the same time.

7, Legehenne layingcycle is not permitted to use this product.
