[Nature] This product is colorless or light yellow transparent solution.

[Pharmacological effect]

(1) Pharmacodynamics. This product has stronger antimicrobial activity on a variety of gram-positive bacterium, gram-negative bacterium and mycoplasma. Pasteurella hemolytica, pasteurella multocida, pigs pleural pneumonia defence coli are highly sensitive to this product. Streptococcus, thiamphenicol on resistant of shigella, typhoid salmonella, klebsiella, escherichia coli and resistant to ampicillin haemophilus influenzae are also sensitive.

(2) Pharmacokinetics. Intramuscular injection with rapid absorption, plasma concentration is high, wide distribution, long half life, keeping effective concentration for long time. Mainly excreted by the kidneys, 50% of the original drugs exhausted from the urine after calves intravenous injection.
